Cancellation, Returns & Refund Terms
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment is finalized and before production begins.
If a cancellation request is accepted before the order ships, the full payment will be returned through the original payment method.
Orders already released to the delivery carrier are not eligible for cancellation.
Returns
Customers must request a return within 14 days after receiving the order.
Returned items must satisfy the following conditions:
The product must be unused and remain in its original condition.
The original packaging must be included with the return.
A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase must be supplied.
Please contact customer support before arranging a return shipment. Return guidance must be provided first and followed properly.
Customers will not be charged more than one total shipping cost, including original delivery and return shipping when applicable.
Returned items will not be subject to restocking charges.
Refunds
Once the returned item has arrived and been checked, an email will be sent confirming that the return has been reviewed.
You will be informed whether the refund request has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method, normally within several business days depending on the payment processor.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If the refund has not appeared:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your card issuer, as posting may require extra time.
Contact your bank, since refund processing timelines can differ.

Return Shipping
After approval, return instructions will be sent.
Returns for personal reasons or other customer-related issues may require the customer to cover return shipping.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, return shipping costs will be covered.
