FAQ – Checkout Assistance & Store Guide
Placing an Order
Add your preferred items to the shopping cart.
Continue to checkout through the standard checkout page or PayPal.
Provide your email, full name, and delivery information.
Apply any valid discount code in the Discount field.
Confirm your shipping address → enter payment details → select Complete Order.
After checkout is complete, an order confirmation will appear on screen and be emailed automatically.

Wrong or Missing Products
Please contact customer support and provide:
Your order number
A clear image under 1MB showing the problem
After review, the correct product will be arranged and shipped free of charge.

Confirming Your Order
Your order confirmation email includes your order number and purchase details. If it is missing, check your spam or junk folder.
Changing an Order
Requests to update an order must be submitted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the order date.
After the deadline, the order may already be processed.
